Our Classes

Tuesdays:
St Margarets Football Club, Leiston, Near Saxmundham, Suffolk

7.30pm to 9.30pm Improvers - In the Main Hall for those wanting to try some slightly more demanding dances to some great country music

You do not have to book just come along and have fun!!

Thursdays:
Mendham & Withersdale Village Hall, Near Harleston, Norfolk

7.00pm Beginners - Nice easy dances for those just starting
7.30pm Improvers - for those who are ready to tackle the slightly more demanding
8.30pm Intermediates - more complex moves for the more ambitious dancer

All classes merge into each other - You do not have to stay for a designated time. If you are a beginner and wish to stay all evening to see how the dances progress this is always welcome! If you have partners or children who wish to just come along and watch.... the more the merrier!

What to Wear

You don't need any special clothes! Most people these days dance in comfortable casual wear, some still favour their cowboy hats, others sparkle up to add some glitz and glamour! The only consideration is footwear. Ideally you should wear split soled dance trainers, but if your are just starting out any comfortable, smooth rubber soled shoe or wide, low heel shoes/boots will be fine. Its probably best to avoid leather soles as these can become very slippery on some floors. If you can turn on the balls of your feet with just a little resistance, you will be fine!
